Red is the New Green: Exciting Collaboration between Salad Atelier and BoomGrow

Salad Atelier is collaborating with BoomGrow, a locally grown and sourced machine-farming company that shares Salad Atelier’s mission and vision to cultivate sustainability in food production.

Through this collaboration, Salad Atelier and BoomGrow realise an exclusive series, Red is the New Green, which introduces three new menus that use red-leaf vegetables, such as:

  1. Zesty Salmon Soba – a zesty soba bowl that uses BoomGrow’s tangy Red Veined Sorrel, which is rich in vitamins, calcium, zinc, antioxidants, and more.
  2. Mizuna Shrimp Poke – a shrimp-based poke bowl that features BoomGrow’s unique Red Giant Mustard that emits a hint of spiciness akin to the Japanese wasabi. The Red Giant Mustard contains vitamins A and K, antioxidants and more.
  3. Kale Twist Salad – a snack-size salad featuring BoomGrow’s earthy Red Kale mix; the Kale mix is full of with vitamins, iron and selenium.


These red-leaf vegetables are free from pesticides and are grown in a controlled environment.

Through this collaboration, Salad Atelier also commences a campaign to encourage customers to bring their own food containers for dine-in and takeaway orders.

Customers will then receive a special coupon to redeem a BoomGrow vegetable of their choice in their next order.
