Salad Atelier x HAPPIEE!™
Salad Atelier teams up with HAPPIEE!™ to introduce a plant-based Yee Sang alongside the traditional salmon-based Yee Sang.
The HAPPIEE!™ Prosperity Yee Sang incorporates Prawniee and Squidee, two of HAPPIEE!™’s iconic products, with fresh, colourful ingredients, such as purple cabbage carrots, white turnips, pomelos, green mango, cucumber, wakame, crackers, white sesame and crushed peanuts.
